Hello.
I am trying to create a report that will show all Open Opportunities that never had a Completed Phone Call Activity.
What we are trying to accomplish is to create a report that will show what Open Opportunties our Sales People have not touched.
We need to base the report on Completed Phone Call Activities as we can't just base it on overall Activities since in our workflow, each new Opportunity auto-generates a Letter Activity for a Mail Merge (then closes the Activity), and auto-schedules an Introductory Phone Call with a Due Date the day after the Opportunity is created.
The second purpose for the report is to see if Sales People are utilizing the system in the correct manner by completing a Phone Call activity for each call, rather than having one call open and continually adding to it.
I have tried various combinations, but I get seem to pull just those Opportunities utilizing the Report Wizard. Note: We are using CRM 2011 Online.
