Add image on a button using ribbon workbench

Hi all

I added image using ribbon workbench as shown below:

but When I go to UI, button is not showing me any image.

What is wrong?

I used the same images in my CRM 2011 instances and the are working properly.

    Have you added your images as webresouces and published them before attaching them to ribbon button. I would suggest you to publish your default solution again and refresh the main page and check again.

    I published my whole solution 10 times and go to the UI,  still no luck.

    My question is for CRM 2016. My images are working in CRM 2011 properly.

    Hi Wahab,

    Please follow the below steps.

    1. Create a Solution ,Add Entity and Images as Webresources.

    2. Publish the Solution.

    3. Open this Solution in Ribbon Workbench.

    4. Add the button and it's image using webresources.

    5. Publish

    6. Refresh the Main window and open the record here.

    I followed same steps. I am able to see image on a button in crm 2011, but not able to see the same image on CRM 2016. I used the same image for both.

    Hi all

    I used 16*16 instead of 32*32 image. It solved my problem.
