Purchase Order to Fixed Assets - assigning charges

Hello,

I have a purchase order that has stock items and fixed assets items; I tried to assign the shipping and clearance costs to this order, but I could assign the costs only to the stock items, and I could not find the fixed assets items in the same screen (Item Charge Assignment).

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

You can only assign 'charge items' to inventory items. That is the designed functionality.

You can also put your fixed asset on the line and charge a portion of the shipping to the asset. This would make additional acquisition cost entry to your fixed asset.
