stuck at Setting Up Account

I was using the trial of Onboard about a week ago and now when I try to access it I'm getting stuck at the setup screen.  It gives me the animation and after a minute or two the following text pops up:

Setting up your account

It typically takes up to 15 minutes to get everything ready, so this might be the perfect time to explore features and workflows.

It's been stuck on this page for almost an hour.  I've tried opening it in other browsers as well.  What can I do to resolve the issue?

    Hi. i had a similar issue and had to log a call with Microsoft. They managed to sort it out (but it took a couple of days). John

    Hi! It must be a bug. Just report a bug, close all browsers and log in again after an hour or so.
