How to configure multiple Email Profile for Statements

I am setting up GP for sending Customer Statements by email. I will be using the RM Statements and not the Word Templates. The GP instance has multiple Companies that will be sending Statements by email. I want to be able to use Different Email Profile for each Company.

When I tested, GP asks for the Mail Profile once when I try to send Statements by email. but once I select the Profile, it remembers it until I exit GP and enter again. If I simply change the Company without exiting GP, it does not ask again for the Email Profile from another Company.

How can I setup so that it automatically remembers the Email Profile for each Company? Is the email profile name saved in the database? Is there way to customize?

Please advise.

    Hi Max,

I don't think this possible without logout completely since its store the outlook login once email setup done.
