Teams integration with Dynamics 365 HR

Hello,
 
we have added the Human Resources app in Microsoft Teams but after signing in, it won't connect to the environment.
 
How do we connect Dynamics 365 HR to Teams?

    We are currently still in a sandbox, but advised it would still work. please can you let me know what we need to do to integrate? Will it work when the environment is live?
