Receivables Transaction Enq - Debtor / Total OS in account

Hi

Is there a way to get a subtotal of outstanding items in the actual enquiry screen when I go into an account in RT Enq - Debtor?

Currently I have to go into the print Icon to then print screen which then shows me the outstanding balance in the account, which just takes me more time.....

Another questions related to us, when we use the print screen the window never opens full size so I then have to resize it to show all the information, is it possible to change this as well?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Cheers

Hi Leslie, it determines whether or not when printing to screen the default printer settings are used or whether the report is printed to fill the screen. If you're printing to screen so as to preview it before sending to the printer, then you may want it to use the printer settings.

    Hi Ian,

What does the ReportViewMode = do?

    Thanks,

    Leslie

    Hi,

The system is really designed to start the Debtor Enquiry process at the Enquiry >> Sales >> Payment Summary window.

This displays the current debtor balance. From this window you can drill back to see the outstanding transactions - it actually takes you to the Enquiry >> Sales >> Transactions By Debtor window.

In terms of the reports, open your dex.ini file and check the value for the line ReportViewMode = . Change this to TRUE or FALSE and see if it makes any difference to your reports printed to screen. You could also try adding the following line to your dex.ini file: MagnifyScreenOutput=100 Change the setting untill the report size suits.

    Hope this helps.
