Is it possible to assign a discount rate to a price group? for example , X Item is defined in different price groups with the different prices. I want to define a discount rate for the X material that is in Price Group A , and define different discount rate for the same material that is in Price Group B. Is it possible to make relation between price group and discount rate?

An item can only be a member of ONE price group.
The item price group can have different prices based on a customer, customer price group or all customers. It checks the most granual level first and then moves down.
So the hunt for price goes:
Item + Customer
Item + Customer group
Item + All customers
Item group + Customer
Item group + Customer group
Item group+ All customers
All items + Customer
All items + Customer group
All items + All customers
Tips:
You can use the excel add-in to change multiple items at one go in a simple way. You just have to create the journal with the journal lines first.
