We've been used Dynamics CRM 2016 Onpremise and want to use ADX Portal. Should we upgrade the apps first?

ADX studio licenses are not sold anymore.

Thank you, but now I couldn't find any ADX item price list from OLP, EA or etc? How can i activate the license ?
