2/ Now, I want to modify this company code from 110 to 120.

There is no functional support for changing a company code of a legal entity. If you didn't do transactions in this company, you can delete it and create your new one. Possibly data import export framework can help you exporting and importing setup data.
A very experienced SQL administrator would be able to write a script to change it in SQL tables directly.
Note that this should be done in a separate environment and for SQL changes, the AOS machines needs to be stopped. This is not supported by Microsoft (also not by me). It can corrupt the database if it is done incorrectly.
Also note that there might be user preferences like queries which can hold the company ID in the usage data.
