Hi All,

Our client needs to disallow Customer order creation when the item stock is insufficient or 0. Is there a way to do it ? This is essential for their business as they dont want customer orders getting created with no inventory.

Any work around possible to achieve this or we need to customize?

Hi ,

If we don't allow the negative inventory for the ware house, then it will get error message once pick up the customer order or ship the customer order.

But the standard ENV allow to create the customer order with no inventory.

I think you need to customization for this scenarios.
