How to get rid of "UG:number" in Email Subject in Workflow?

Hello,

I made a workflow, which sends Email. The Subject of Email in Workflow is:

But in sent Email Messages it displays as:

What is the reason of appearing this UG:number? How can I get rid of it?

Hi onegina,

You can check ‘Use tracking token’ option is checked or not.

Go Settings > Administration > System Settings and navigate to Email tab:
