Workflow : Field Service - Create Work Order Product Journals

Hi All,

I have one OOB workflow "Field Service - Create Work Order Product Journals" which is failing due to error "msdyn_workorderproduct' entity doesn't contain attribute with Name = 'msdyn_workorderproduct" .

    The primary attribute of "msdyn_workorderproduct" entity is "msdyn_workorderproductid" not  "msdyn_workorderproduct".

    Kindly raise this issue with Microsoft support.

    hi rocker,

    i have the "msdyn_workorderproductid" field in workorder product entity, but the error is for "msdyn_workorderproduct" field, which i check there is no such field in work order product entity.

    Hi,

    Field Service being the managed application, the best option si to contact Microsoft Support. (I am assuming you haven't doen any customizations/ changes on the OOB workflow/ implementation?)
