Hey All,

our Customer ist undergoing an Audit by a external company.

They re askins us about an Certificate for Dynamics 365 Finance - being certified to be a accounting software in Germany complying with german/european accounting Principles. I guess somehow similar for the GAAP .

I could not find anything on the Page: Compliance offerings for Microsoft 365, Azure, and other Microsoft services. | Microsoft Learn

I mean i does contain a dead link to IDW , which would have been exactly what we re looking for , but there no valuable information in there.

Anyone have an idea ?

Hi Ruben,

I would suggest reaching out to Microsoft in case the link is not working. All I know is that Dynamics 365 F&O meets the accounting requirements.

Due to limited information, you can open a ticket with Microsoft to confirm if there is up-to-date information on the certification and compliance of FO in the context of German accounting principles.
