to connect dynamics 365 with some third party application.
where can I get above values?

You first need to register your third party application in Azure AD, with the permission to access the CRM.
Then, you will have to implement an OAuth authentication flow to allow your application to communicate with Dynamics CRM.
Instructions about how to register your app and implement OAuth are available here.

I beleive once you register your CRM application in Azure then you should get the information you are looking for.
