Connecting to GP Web Services From Informatica or SoapUI

We are trying to use Informatica (BizTalk like product) to connect to the GP Native Web Services using NTLM.  So far all we get are timeouts.  We tried using SoapUI to troubleshoot but it also timeouts.  Does anyone know if the GP supports any use of the Web Services other than a .net application?  The few (2) posts I did find both didn't give me much hope that it was support for use on anything other than .net.

    Anything which can get use of WCF, I think can get use of GP Web Services.

    Did you go through below documents?

    Yes, we have been through the links.  Connecting from .net isn't an issue but Informatica just doesn't want to talk to it.  We can connect SoapUI to the legacy endpoint and I think the contractor was able to get Informatica to talk to it.  I'm a little concerned about future support for the Legacy Endpoint.  The SDK documentation for Web Services is the same for GP 2013, GP2015 and GP 2016.
