I am trying to upload customer information into GP using integration manager. All other fields came accross except email address. I mapped it under Internet option but it did work. Could you please help?

The internet information is a part of the Addresses sub-collection. In order to import this information you will need two source queries, one for the Customer collection and one for the Addresses sub-collection, even if you are using one source file.
You will then click on the Addresses collection, go to the Options tab and set the Record Source rule Use Source Recordset and point to the source query you setup for the customer addresses (which contains the email as well).
You should then be able to import the email information as part of the addresses at this point. Take a look at the sample customer integration provided with IM as it illustrates what I describe here.
