Hi,
In User Entity, we have one OOB user "SYSTEM", which is in inactive state.
I want to update fields of that record. I have tried using workflow as well as XRM toolbox also but it is giving me errors as we cannot modify "SYSTEM" record.
Is there a way to update any field of that record?

Hi,
You will not be able to update this User Record as it is locked by Microsoft and they don't allow partners to update this record.
This User record is auto created by the platform when you provision your CRM instance.
