Hi there,

We are facing a error on one of the dashboard, "atleast one view on this dashboard is inactive. To activate it, please contact your system administrator."

Activated all the views, publish all customisations and cleared cache and logged in again, however still getting the same error on unified interface.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Have you also checked the views that were used by chats in your dashboard?

Also, I'm wondering if some views might not be excluded from your app definition.

Is the target view active? Check the status of the target view by customizing the system.

    User Permissions Needed

To create, edit, and delete dashboards:

    “Run Reports” AND “Manage Dashboards”

To create, edit, and delete dynamic dashboards:

“Run Reports” AND “Manage Dynamic Dashboards”

To enable choosing a different running user for the dashboard: “View My Team's Dashboards” OR “View All Data"

In order to edit the dashboard to change the running user, type "/e" (without the quotation marks) at the end of the URL in the address bar of your browser. This will put you into "edit" mode of the dashboard, where you can make any changes. This is not applicable for Group editions and if a user does not have the permission to edit dashboards, this person will receive an "Insufficient Privileges" error.Click the "Edit" button when viewing a dashboard.

While in the dashboard's "Edit" mode, click the "Edit Properties" button.

On this next page, you will see a section titled "Dashboard Security Settings".  Find the "Running User" field.

From here, simply click on the lookup icon and select your new running user.  You can either pick a user from the list provided or search for a user's name by using the search box.

After your new running user has been selected, click the "Save" button.
