Dear Friends,
We have two AOS clustering and one batch server AOS running. All users connecting to these two AOS's.
Currently our AOS application version - 6.3.6000.151 kernal version - 6.3.6000.149.
We tried to take a memory dump but lcs no longer supports the analyzation.
Kindly guide me if you have any insight.

Is it just restarting or crashing? Can you find some Windows events on the AOS related to the crash? When did this start happening? If it is after deployment of customizations, you can review if that is related.
Also use a monitoring tool to see if there is a lack on hardware resources, like memory or CPU.
You can ask the users what exactly they perform in the system before there is a restart.
Agree with André and please check event log for detailed error message and also monitor resource utilization or review changes made.
We also recommend having a kernel build that is the same or higher build than the application build. If issue persist you can also raise a ticket to MS to review dump files.
