I am unable to understand the different editions of Dynamics.
Are Business Edition and Business Central same?
Are Enterprise Edition and NAV same?

- D365 Finance & Operations, Business Edition (Previous version with NAV Base but not all functions were included)
- D365 Finance & Operations, Enterprise Edition (Previously AX7, AX 2012 R3 Before that; Includes all AX Functions)
- D365, Business Central (Formerly D365, F&O Business Edition, Updated on 2nd April 2018; now includes the missing NAV Functions.
