How many SO databases that you would like to merge?
Usually, it is recommended to make one template SO database and use HQ Administrator Import Store Operations Data function to import into blank HQ database. Following by using Worksheet 101 and 401 to sync., but don't forget to put in unique Store ID in individual stores (Store ID is set as 0 by default, and it has to be changed for HQ operation)
Please kindly recommend I have an existing database in SO, HQ will not overwrite data.
It all depends on how you setup your HQ database in the first place. Worksheet 101 only sync settings from database, if you already have an existing database in SO, HQ will not overwrite data. However, for safety, you should do a backup of your existing SO database first before proceeding.
I would like detail step worksheet # 101 Syncronize Store Database. If I worksheet # 101 Syncronize Store Database,
Old database <transaction> on Store Database lose?
Once you have created the new store, you have to run Worksheet #101 and #401 simultaneously in order to sync the database on both HQ and SO with storeID registered.
You could try worksheet# 101 Syncronize Store Database, but if that doesn't works, you might need to export a new copy of the store from HeadQuarters Administrator.
