Error while upload extension in Production Environment

Hi Everyone,

     I try to install extension in production environment im getting the below error.

The Error details mentioned the Job Id only, I gave permission before i publish the app id. And i try to upload it again but same error ocured.

Some one please suggest me any solution.

    What tis mentioned in the details?
    Because there can be many issues.
    If it is about permission you should create a permission set object with the permissions for all tables in it.

    Before it's working fine now only its happening so the above error occured with job id

    Well that is not much information :).

    If you try it again? Or maybe in a sandbox. You get more information?

    Otherwise I would suggest opening a support ticket on the tenant. Because with this you don't see much.

    Not any dependencies on extensions that are not installed?

    Then I would create a support ticket so MS can investigate.

    Hi,

    Can you try to publish in Sandbox? If its working fine there, and check if there are all dependencies installed in Production before installing yours.
