Is it possible to create a PowerApps or something that shows who is taking leave for the day (view the whole business)?

Hi,

My business wants everybody to be able to view everyone's leave (who is out for the day). I was able to do this by granting it as a security role and giving everyone access to the company absence calendar via a custom link on everyone's employee self service portal.

However is there a more simple way to access this or view it on a mobile app? If I log into dynamics HR via the internet, it crams the desktop user interface into the mobile which just isn't user friendly.

I know that Dynamics Hr doesn't have a proper mobile application for the self service portal which is annoying - but would it be possible to create or view who is on leave without having to use a desktop computer?

I know that you can view your teams absence calendar in the Hr leave app - This is not want I'm looking for just to make it clear.

You can just create a power app and share with everyone. In this way, you can access leave data via mobile.

Hi Parag,

I don't have much experience with power apps - looking at the data verse tables, which leave tables would I need to use to create this? Would I need to create any relationships between these tables?

This App seems quite complex to create - is there any examples of previous work made?

There is already sample leave power app available but that is not based on d365 hr leave. Please check this.

powerapps.microsoft.com/.../

You need to use leave request and leave absence bank transaction entity. You have to build some logic for this in power app.
