Thank you for your post.
Are you looking to no longer use the existing POS?
If you are going to be using the two machiens, then you should just be able to install RMS onto the other machine and configure it to read the database on the server.
If you are not going to keep the first machine, then you will want to create a backup of the database. Install RMS on your new computer and then restore the database on the new computer.
That is some very basic direction.
