Hi guys,

Need you help as while using mobile app getting this error. Any Idea what could be the reason and to resolve it please?

Are you aware of customizations in this environment? Have you also tried the same using the warehouse app on a mobile device?

Hi Abhishek,

Have you already checked if you're in the correct warehouse? You can compare the warehouse of the purchase order with the warehouse of the mobile device user.

This might have happened because the Receiving location name is not identifiable by the Mobile app. Did you manually change the record ID of the receiving location?
