Can anybody help me to get rid of this error ?

Error in inventory closing i.e. you can't have unallocated cost on a planning formula (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 CU7)

The item is Raw material and I selected None in Production type, default order type is purchase order and there is no bom line and route.
