Convert Word Template to Word file

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a word template using my custom entity and link to account and contact. When I create workflow to use SetTemplate action, the target I would like to attach to account entity. However, I found that with this, the word file is not getting the correct records, it just showing the field name. Unless I attach to the custom entity itself, then it is working.

Possible for me to attach to account entity in this case?
