Plugin on AddMember message in MarketingList entity. When does it fire?

Currently I am facing the issue on Online version(9.1.0) of Dynamics 365.
Plugin is not triggering on AddMember message in Marketing List entity in any case for Manage Members. Though it had to execute for “Add using Lookup“.
