Make sure that your class extends SysTestCase.

Sometimes Test Explorer struggles finding tests even if they're all correct. Restarting VS and rebuilding the solution might help.

Thank you, but already done multiple restart, checked class extends SysTestCase

Does anybody have succesfully use SysTestCase ? I used it on AX and this working like a charm, but in D365 FO nothing to do ! it don't !

So I don't understand why this not working. I'm using Visual Studio 2022 and don't have any idea why this don't work.

Surely you don't do any specific configuration or installation package ?

Nothing special should be needed. Unfortunately, I don't know why it doesn't work for you. In past, I also ran into the situation when Test Explorer sometimes failed to find any tests. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Unfortunately, I don't have any reliable solution. All I can suggest is trying a few things like building the whole model and running VS as an administrator - and hoping that some of them will make a difference.

Unfortunatly I've already check Administrator mode and full rebuild model many many times...

I think completly incredible that Microsoft can get it more robust and working 🙄

I just had a quick play with the test explorer, and I initially had the same issue as you. However snapping the test explorer in the VS window fixed it for me. This is the latest VHD developer environment downloaded from LCS. Have you tried this?

Also, if you copy the example straight from Microsoft's testing and validation article, do you still have issues?

At least it's worth a try, just to rule out if it's not something with your development environment.

I forgot to ask, are you using a UDE environment for development?
