Is there a way to list the addresses from the customer database and create a list that can be printed out on standard print sheet labels for marketing purposes? Or is there any add-in that enhances such a functionality that might even include address verification?

You can print these. Open up SO Manager. Goto Utilies -> Crystal Reports. Select the Customer Mailing Lables report. Should any filter that you might need. Then print.
If this is first time, print out one page and then see if that lines up with your labels. If not you will have to get new labels in a different size.
