Posted on by 1,035

We are developing for eConnect and need to know the default mark down amount in the system in order to calculate the extended price that goes on the invoice lines, how could we know this value? Thanks in advance

Thanks Leslie. Basically I need to populate that field in eConnect in order to create a new invoice, but I don't know what value to put in.

    Hi Rafael,

I apologize, I don't think I understand your question, but I'll give it a try. There is no 'default' mark down amount that you can set up in Dynamics. Are you using the Extended Pricing module?

Do you need to know what the mark down is on a specific line item on a SOP invoice?

I really do want to help, but I feel certain I don't understand exactly what you want to know. Can you give me an example of where the information you need comes up?

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Hi Leslie,

I just would like to know what is the mark down amount value setup on the system at the moment, what would be the best way to find this out? Thanks

    Rafael,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, the default markdown amount is zero. Do you have some kind of 'automatic' markdown amount in mind.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
