There is a boolean on the Customer card "Print Statements" - what does this actually do?
I was trying to figure out whether it meant "physically print the statement to a printer" or simply "generate statement" (which might be to email or PDF) but I actually can't figure out what it's doing as the system will generate a statement regardless of whether that switch is on or off.
Please enlighten me if you can - is it a throwback to physical printing days, or is it used in some process I haven't thought of.

It is basic. It’s typically used as a filter for whether you want that customer to have a statement or not. Once set you can the use it with the scheduled statements feature for example
