I have started a new job and need assistance doing stock adjustment on Microsoft AX 2012.

    You can refer to this blog for inventory adjustment Inventory Adjustment Options in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations - Encore Business Solutions, which mentions that there are four different functions for adjusting inventory and gives a brief explanation of how each function can be used.
    1.Counting journals
    2.Adjustment journals
    3.Movement journals
    4.Bill of materials
