InterCompany Inbox Complete Line Actions VIA API

How can I "Complete Line Actions" for Inter Company requests from Intercompany Inbox Transactions via API. I was able to "Accept" the request by creating a custom API endpoint and the only step left is "Complete Line Actions"

I found that it can be completed by creating custom OData V4 Bound Actions but I'm having a hard time to implement it. Can you please guide me how to do so? Online resources I have found so far, only teaches to add new records in the database instead of using built-in functions?

Any help is appreciated.
