It appears we have misplaced the product keys while trying to upgrade the computer.
Does the Customersource thing have the ability to search them for you.
Our service plan had lapse many years ago but the company information remains the same.

OK - email me at kevina@rite.us and I can send the form to you. Once I have the completed form, it takes Microsoft about 2 business days to get the information back to me on what the lapse fees would be.

Yes the info for the maintenance plan would help.
Chris, in most cases you need to renew your software maintenance plan to recover license keys. Other options include contacting your Microsoft Dynamics RMS partner to see if they have the license keys, looking for the PID card or dongle that came with RMS, or contacting Microsoft directly at 888-477-7877. I do have a form that I can email you if you need to know what the cost is to renew the software maintenance plan to obtain the license keys.
