Hi Community,

May I know is there any guide on how to use this Complete IC Inbox Transactions?

I'm selecting the IC Gen Journal template and then when selecting the Gen Journal Batch, the General journal batch pops out.

For the General journal, do you indicate Purchases details which means vendor?

Where do I place the items that I want to purchase?

What does BAS GST Settlement means?

Thank you!

I have the same question (0)

I don't get you. General journal isn't used to make purchases. The vendor should have the IC partner filled. The for item in the line of pruchase you've IC ref. type and IC reference for cross them for IC

What you do is to invoice the intecompany customer in the same way as any other invoice you make. The difference is that you must define the interncompany partner before you create your order or invoice.

As a part of the intercompany partner setup you define what customer no. and vendor no. are defined in the partner companies.

The genral journal is used for transactions that are not part of sales or purchase invoices. This could f.ex. be IT cost that you want to split among companies.

    Hi KTA,

Today I just realize that after IC was sent, navision will automatically create a SO from my partner side. However, one thing  I find it strange is, there is a dialog box which as shown in my first post. What is that dialog box for.

Since I realize that when I select the IC, the SO was created already. without me filling up the dialog box, if so.. why is the dialog box coming out for?

If you can advise. Thank you so much!

Is it the carry out line action that gives you this dialog?
