Qty to invoice not populating

On Sales returns once receipted the qty to invoice isn’t populating and I can’t see a button like on sales orders or receipts to auto-populate qty to invoice.

Can you please review and provide the solution.

Qty to invoice not populating

This is driven by the Default Quantity to Ship in the Sales & Receivables Setup. If you want both the Return Quantity to Receive and the Qty. to Invoice fields to auto-populate based on the Quantity field, you need to set this field to Remainder. Note that this setting affects multiple sales documents.
