Hello everyone,

For the past 2 weeks, with my user account and administrator role, I have been unable to see or assign privileges.

2 weeks ago

I can't see it now

If anyone has experienced something similar, could you help me reconfigure it?. I would appreciate it.

Can't it be hidden by personalization? Try clearing personalization of the form.

Hi,

I can still see those privileges in this standard security role.

I wonder if someone at your organization has customized this security role (and removed these privileges). In such cases, the removed privileges can be re-added to the role and role can be published again.

Thank you for your responses.

I don't have any customizations, and this only happens with my user account. I was creating roles for my company, and from one day to the next, I stopped seeing them. I don't know if I changed something wrong or what happened.

Another user with the administrator role can see all the privileges and assign them.

I believe I inadvertently disabled the privilege displays and other features shown in the references.
This occurs for all roles, not just Accounting Manager.

Looks like you need to follow Martin’s suggestion by deleting the form personalization, as you have mistakenly hidden something.

Okay, how do I delete the customization from just that form without affecting the others?

I am talking about personalization and not the customization. They two are different things.

All personalizations can be seen from a form: System Administration >> Setup >> Personalization >> Clik on User Settings

Select your user on top

and then choose >> Manage all personalizations

Once there search using the first column, named as Page and select the record to clear the personalization for that user.

We need to weed out three more points.

1) Could you try it in the private browsing , or on a different device ?

2) What is the security roles assigned to your?

3) Could you confirm again, you system has no customizations in this area.
