Dataverse - Sales Invoice Integration

We have been successful in integrating a Dynamics Field Service sales invoice to a BC sales invoice via the dataverse but we cannot get the line items to sync.  We have tried different mappings but they typically result in either a "records already coupled" message or that they line record cannot find the sales header invoice record (and it does exist).  Does anyone have a dataverse configuration for integrating the CRM Invoicedetal to the BC Sales Lines?

    Hi,

    I suggest you have check weather your Sales Line Job Queue runs first or Sales Header Job Queue runs first. As you mention about error Sales header does not exit possible in this case system pulled lines but Sales Header didn't pulled or might be it's not created. 

    I suggest please contact to your development partner and for Sales Line purpose you have to do some customisation.

    In my suggestion, You have to create customised table for sales line. So BC pulled data of sale line from CRM but it's park in custom table, Then BC will validate those data information and match the Document no. with Sales Header. If Sales Header created then system manually process the Data inside the BC and Sales Invoice successfully created with Sales Header & Sales Line.

    Hi,

    If you are facing difficulties to sync Items and go with the description below.

    CAUSE\SOLUTION:

    There are some limitations with enabling this feature in an existing environment, as outlined at the following documentation:

    Specifically, the following points and steps:

    • New mappings are created for items and resources.

    • Existing mappings are deleted.

    • A data upgrade creates unit groups for items and resources.

    • Dynamics 365 Sales does not allow you to change a unit group for a product. Therefore, you must retire your products and uncouple the items and resources, and then synchronize by creating new products in Dynamics 365 Sales.

    • To use the new mappings, you must synchronize unit groups, item unit of measure, and resource unit of measures. You must also resynchronize items and resources.
