Hi all,
I am having problems getting a template to send from Word 2010 from a Dynamics template.
This is the process i go through:
-Add Quote to Dynamics
-Click 'Print Quote for Customer'
-Select Template
-Open Template
-Click the 'CRM' button under 'Mailings'
-Check Mail Merge fields have been filled in correctly in the 'preview' mode
(There is an Email field that i want the template to be sent too)
-Start the mail merge process through the wizard (no problems)
-Get to the final step (select electronic mail)
-Leave it on HTML format, give the mail subject
-Click Send
The email never sends....
The first time i tried this process yesterday it all worked fine... Was sent through Outlook 2010 and the recipient got the message straight away and i can view the email in sent messages...
I then tried sending it again as a 'Attachment' instead of HTML which is when the problems occurred as nothing happened....
So i tried sending as HTML again and again nothing happened....
I've tried so many times now with lots of different email addresses and have no idea why it is not going through..... Especially when it worked perfectly first time round!!
Please HELP!
