once we have added an account we go to click on add contacts but the drop down does not open for 1 user but the rest of the users it works fine. It just shows the white band of contacts and no input fields.

he is using the same browser as everyone else and has the same permissions as the rest of his team, he is the only once having issues with the contact fields not appearing.
Hi,
Make sure this user is using supported browser, also you can ask him to login using any other browser and check if he is facing same issue. Is there any difference between security roles for this user ??
