Customer Journey Send Marketing Email to Multiple Emails of Each Contact

Hi,

Contacts have email address, email address 2 and email address 3.

I'm designing a Customer Journey and want to send emails to all email1, email2 and email3 of all contacts included in the selected segment.

How to do this? I'm thinking to create a Flow but I have no idea which action of which entity should I trigger. All doesn't seem make sense to me.

    Hi Hairul,

    Could you share me your business background that why would you like to send emails for multiple addresses?

    As we know, "To address" field of marketing email can be only populated with single mailbox. ({{contact.emailaddress1}} or {{contact.emailaddress2}})

    You could create multiple marketing emails and populate them "To address" field with different dynamic expression, 

    then add them in same customer journey for same segment.

    Hi Mao,

    we simply wanted to reach out to customers as much as possible. Typically some people have many email addresses but only active on some of them. So if we just send to every email they have it is more likely to reach them.

    I tried your suggestion and it's working. But I'm looking for something more dynamic.

    For example, when the customer journey goes live, from the segment, I want to get all the contact's email1, email2, and email3 then send the emails accordingly.

    This way we won't need to create so much similar marketing emails. Because we're looking to implement for like 10 emails per contact.

    Is there any way to do this with power automate?

    Hi Hairul,

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Currently customer journey only supports sending marketing email to one mail address field of contact.

    Marketing email could be only sent via customer journey;while power automate can just send activity email, and you couldn't track Insights data.

    Here is another way that you could also take as reference:

    Create multiple contact records with different email address 1 from a contact who has multiple mailboxes, and link them together with "connections" so we can regard them as same person.
