In my project crm online when ever a mail is sent to ms crm through any one of the mail boxes the body of the email must be visible in customer comment field in case entity for this we created plugin and the plugin is working fine but for one customer who send a mail to ms crm the customer comment is filled with html text like ( calibre, font size, emailtype it's keep on looped for so many times ) I kept trace on plugin up to html its comming after there is some code like reassign <head>,<foot> to normal text like that, can some one please help me.

Emails can contain plain text, rich text or HTML - I suggest using an HTML to plain text converter such as www.blackbeltcoder.com/.../convert-html-to-text
