Activities Tab in Social Panel

Hello,

I am working in the default case entity (incident) and am trying to add the activities tab in the social pane. Right now it only has the notes tab.  The entity is activated in the activities feed configuration and is checked to allow activities in the default solution. Yet for whatever reason the tab will not be added back into the social Pane. Does anyone have any ideas what else is need to add the tab back into it?

    I found luck with creating a new form all together to have the tabs re-inserted so even if old forms cant be fixed, I can just make a new form based on the old ones

    Can you show me a screenshot of your entity in Customiser mode as per my screenshot

    yeah, none of the forms on the case entity have the activity tab, and no luck with Ctrl-F5

    The only time when I've heard that happening was after upgrading from 2011. Is this the case?

    Are you editing the correct form?

    Also have you Ctrl+F5 the page so that it clears the case while on that page?

    My default tab is on activities, but only notes tab is shown

    Hi Dom

    You should just be able to edit the case form and select Notes and then Activities as per the screen shot - Then Save & Publish

    Current version: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016

    And yes I published and activities is turned on for the case entity
