Connect Hypercom t4220 (duel IP) to MS Dynamics POS 2009

I have a Hypercom t4220 that I need to connect with the dynamics POS 2009. Any idea how do I do it? My credit card provider may or may not support me with the technical help but they have no problem with me connecting it with the computer. What are the changes that needs to be done on the dynamics POS? Please help me out with this.
