How to add an existing entity

Hi,

I created a new orgainsation in ms crm 2011. What i saw is the incident entity did not apper in menu items. The incident entity exists in ms crm 2011 database. However i can nto see this entity in my menu items. How can i add this existing entity to the menu items.

Hi,

It may be difficult to understand through image because of language (not English) . As per my Understanding You are searching Case Entity ( named incident in Database). Check Entity with Case Named Exist or not. Case Entity name incident in database.
