Error opening Case in interactibve mode: Could not find a property named '_responsiblecontactid_value' on type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.incident'.

I am having the following issue when trying to open a cas in the Interactive mode only:

Could not find a property named '_responsiblecontactid_value' on type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.incident'.


This field Responsible Contact is already on the form.
when selecting a case to view its content, I get the error above

This was an upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0  (On-premise)

    Thanks for your quick reply

    When clicking on Cases in interactive mode  (Default view = My Active Views)
    I get the following screen:

    notice that I get:   ......    in the middle of the screen

    If I remove the Responsible Contact Field, from the view it works
    It also works if the field is left blank when creating a case.

    I change the view to one that works:  Active Cases

    The I click to open one of the cases, no matter which case I select:|

    Nick,

    I assume this issue occurs OOB - you haven't customized it. I would recommend to get in touch with Microsoft and ask for support.
