Issue with Case Creation associated SLA and business hour

Hello Everyone ,

I am facing issue while creation of case . I have one active SLA which is associated with Customer Service Schedule.

I have made CRM time zone and my machine time zone is same but still I am getting same error.

Your help is appreciated.

    I have performed below steps to resolved the issue.

    • Login to the application server with IIS  CRM App Pool User credentials

    • In the Regional Settings, update the Format as English (United States) for both of the servers

                   Execute the IISRESET command

    • Login with CRM asynchronous server with with same CRM App Pool User credentials.

    • In the Regional Settings, update the Format as English (United States)•

      Restart all the CRM services1234.process.png

    • Restart the server

    The issue has been resolved now .
