Hi

we signed up EA and added our D365 Licenses under this

Our dynamics licenses are active. But from our office admin centre we could only see  Sales, Customer Services, Field Services, Project service automation are available to configure instance (prod and Sandbox).

The account which we are using to configure instance is been assigned with D365 O Licenses and D365 and Power BI Service Administrator privileges

What do you think we are missing?

and Is licenses activation different to service activation? Appreciate your help

we have below licenses if it help to answer:

D 365 for Operations, Enterprise Edition

D365 Enterprise edition Plan 1

D365 for sales, Enterprise Edition

D365 for Team Members, Enterprise Edition

D365 for Operations, Enterprise Edition Device

Thank you

Sandeep

It's seems that you're not aware of the most important portal for Operations, lcs.dynamics.com.

Don't you have an implementation partner to help you with such things?

Thanks Martin, partners are expecting a link from Office Admin portal where these available services are shown so from their they wanted to start configuration. our problem is we are not able to see these services available in  office admin portal.

i have checked with one of our IT Administrator who could see D365 operations under admin center which lead to LCS. you were right looks like the configuration begins from LCS rather than admin port is this right?

When deploying an environment from LCS, you can choose whether it should be displayed in the Office portal.

Note that there are several types of LCS projects and several types of environments, therefore it also depends on what exactly you're doing. For example, the production environment is available only to customers' implementation projects and it's deployed by Microsoft, not by yourself.

I strongly recommend you to learn more about LCS from documentation: Lifecycle Services for Dynamics 365 for Operations.
